"Luke and his team (led by Aaron) worked on our residential job (interior & partial exterior) for 3 1/2 weeks. Right from the beginning Luke was quick to get in touch and quote for the job, and helpful in thinking about paint schemes. Throughout the job he and/or Aaron kept me in contact with what was happening each day and asked for my input at key decision points as appropriate. The team were very professional and hard working. They did an incredibly thorough prep job in repairing plaster damage, filling holes, damage from stickers, glue and glitter stuck to the walls. They then painted the walls to a high level of precision and didn't settle for 'near enough is good enough'. At the end of each day they tidied up and vacuumed thoroughly when they finished a room, including putting things back that they'd moved or taken down. This made the "move back in" process much less of a task for us. Overall we are very impressed and pleased with the quality of the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others."

"Luke and the team were fantastic to deal with. Luke was quick to come and quote for the interior work and was happy to offer different cost options (based on stripping back the wallpaper vs painting over). He also offered advice about what work was needed to preserve the condition of the place (exterior and interior) vs what we could put off. Very easy to deal with. During the actual paining process I mainly dealt with Lance who led the team that were on site. Lance did an excellent job of mentoring and leading his team and keeping me informed and also aware of any issues/hazards etc that I should look out for during the process. Some times there were up to 4 people working in the house but they were great to have around and very easy to get along with - a friendly positive team. I also dealt with Kurt who assisted with the work and kept an eye on progress of the project. He was fantastic also to deal with and kept me up to date along the way. Lance has high standards and I'm very happy with the completed work. So much so that I would not hesitate to get Luke and his team at Performance Decorating back again or to recommend them to others."

"Luke's company painted my house in 3 stages. The roof needed attention first, the job was excellent and will last for many years to come. A year later we asked them backed to do the house. There was quite a bit of prep required on the house before they picked up the brushes but once ready they again did a great job. One area was particularly challenging due to the heat during the day and they came back twice to remedy this without fuss. 18 months on we asked them back to do all the aluminium (windows and doors) which were tired and faded. Prep work, etching primer and two top coats has left these windows looking brand new and completes the house. Very pleased with all three jobs and the price was very good, easily the best from 3 other quotes. Appreciate your work and professional standards."

It was not the normal modern home but built including many recycled feature and wooden sash windows , this made it quite a challenge and as normal there were a few thing that needed sorting as the job progressed .
